As you've probably gathered from the lack of updates, there's very little happening round Fir Park way just now.  However, I thought you might be interested in the following article from today's Daily Record.  It's basically a piece on how Terry Butcher believes we are in much better shape now since last season's cost-cutting exercise.

Fir Park will also be hosting the Daily Record Football Forum tomorrow evening.  Tam Cowan will be in charge of proceedings and Pat Nevin will be on hand to answer any Motherwell-related questions, along with former 'Well striker Andy Walker and journalists Hugh Keevins and Euan McLean.  The evening kicks-off at 7.30pm in the Davie Cooper suite.

Anyone mind if we run TWO opinion polls at once?

There is a growing feeling in many quarters that the club and fans need to get together because there has been a growing rift in recent times, which was brought to a head by the ticketing arrangements for the recent home game against Celtic.

Would you support an initiative to bring the club and the supporters closer together?
