Ricky's report of the Dundee game is now available.

Terry Butcher was uncharacteristically critical of his side following the defeat to Dundee yesterday:
"We didn't do anything. Dundee deserved it, I make no bones about that, and the game could have been well over by half time - and in fact possibly was.  If we play anything like that next week we will get beat 10-0.  I could jokingly say that, because there was a Rangers scout here, we played deliberately badly so he will take a report back to Alex McLeish that could give us a chance next week.  But we just didn't play anywhere near as well as we can. It was only in the last 25 minutes when we pushed four men forward that we gave it a go.  It was simply not good enough. We seemed afraid, we seemed nervous and we didn't seem up for it.  I don't know if the semi-final was on their minds but it looked as though it was.  I have got to pick a team now from that that has got to go to Hampden and take on Rangers.  Anyone else want the job?"

Anyone else notice the article on the Davie Cooper Memorial Wall in yesterday's match programme?  Apparently the club plan to errect a wall in memory of the great man, whereby supporters can pay £25 to buy a brick complete with a personal message.  Nothing wrong with that, I hear you say.  However, the article goes on to state the following...

"In the event of the club relocating from Fir Park, the memorial wall would be recreated at our new ground."

Now this could of course be coincidence, but it was announced recently that North Lanarkshire Council have been granted outline planning permission to build a 10,000 capacity sports stadium as part of the Ravenscraig development.  I know this sounds like a conspiracy theory, but one rumour doing the rounds is that John Boyle plans to sell Fir Park and relocate the club to this new stadium, which would be leased to us by NLC similar to the arrangement they have with Clyde FC and Broadwood...

With the above in mind, be sure to cast your vote in our new Opinion Poll:

Would YOU be in favour of the club moving from Fir Park to a new stadium at Ravenscraig?
