Apparently today's Daily Star is reporting that the latest club to express an interest in James McFadden are none other than Manchester United!

The Under-21s beat their Aberdeen counterparts 3-2 at Fir Park last night, thanks to goals from Clarkson, Offiong and a McDonald penalty.

Team: Woods, Ballantyne (Bell), Clarke, MacDonald, Kinniburgh, Quinn, Offiong, Fagan (Black), Craig, Clarkson (Wright), Pearson.
Subs not used: Ewings, Crawley.

The SFA are going to wait until the end of the season before deciding on what disciplinary action Motherwell will face.  Since the New Year we've had three players red-carded, the latest being Tony Vaughan at Dunfermline on Saturday.  The SFA's head of disciplinary affairs is quoted as saying:
"At the half-season review in January, Motherwell were warned with regard to their disciplinary record.  If the club's overall position in the (fair play) table has not improved, it may well be referred to the General Purposes Committee at the end of the season."

Can we (realistically) win the Scottish Cup this year?
