Speaking after Saturday's defeat at Aberdeen, Andy Dow said:
"It's the same old story. After the half-time whistle goes we can't seem to perform in the second-half.  It's happened in every game so far - in the first match against Dunfermline, then against Dundee United and Kilmarnock. We just don't seem to be able to sustain anything.  There is no reason for it. We are as fit as any team in the league and work from Monday to Friday in training so it can't be that.  It's worrying because in the first half we always show how well we can play.  This is something we simply have to put right."

It turns out that Kevin Twaddle's ankle is not broken as was first feared, although Greg Strong has suffered medial ligament damage to his knee and could be out for six weeks.  Twaddle said:
"It's only a kick on the bone and there's no break.  My ankle is sore and swollen and I could hardly walk on Saturday night but I'm relieved nevertheless that it wasn't third time unlucky.  I broke my wrist in a pre-season game last year, took the plaster off too soon and broke it again in a fall in the first game of the season against Dundee and was out for two months. I don't know when I'll be able to play again but it won't be as long as that."

* Could Graeme from Jakarta who emailed me recently PLEASE get back in touch A.S.A.P???
