We won 3-2 at McDairmid Park this afternoon! John Spencer got us off to the perfect start when he scored spectacularly from 40 yards after only 6 mins, and further goals from Adams and Townsley had us in the unbelievable position of being 3-0 up at half-time. However, Adams was then sent off early in the second half and St Johnstone quickly pulled a goal back, and from then on it was always going to be a case of trying to hang on to our lead. Saints managed to score a second goal but we held on to claim a valuable victory that moves us into the top half of the table.
