Speaking after yesterday's game, Billy Davies said:
"There are no excuses today even though we had to make changes, when Lee McCulloch damaged his ankle during the warm up and I had to bring in Scott Leitch in at a quarter to three.  It does not disguise the fact that we were an absolute rabble today.  Dundee have a lot of good players but I have to concentrate on my own side at the end of the day.  They managed to win even though they had their players absent today as well. But for us we never got started at all in this game and that's what really disappointing for me."

Davies was also unhappy with the lack of discipline shown by Stevie Nicholas:
"It was very naive of him to lash out in the way that he did, it's a harsh lesson for him.  He has to be much more clever in dealing with these situations in football and I will be disciplining him internally."

There are a couple of seats left on the eBranch bus to Parkhead on Saturday.  The bus leaves from the Electric Bar at 1.30pm and costs only £3.00.  Please mail me if you're interested in joining us.

Ricky's reports of the St Johnstone and Dundee games are now available.
