Speaking after last night's game, Billy Davies said:
"We started the first five minutes well but in reality the difference between the teams was night and day. They passed better, moved better and thoroughly deserved their victory.  We under-achieved tonight, let our fans down and it's a matter of getting our sleeves rolled up and working hard.  There's been a lot of talk about contracts around the club this week but that's no excuse. All clubs are in this situation because of Bosman so there can be no excuses.  We'll sit down tomorrow and talk the game through and prepare ourselves for our next game."

Pat Nevin has confirmed that Stevie McMillan's £600,000 move to Bradford City is off, because of a disagreement about how the fee should be paid up:
"As far as we are concerned, the deal is now off and Stephen is staying here, which we are quite happy about."

Ricky's report of the Hibs game is now available.
