Teletext reports that Eric Black will take advantage of Motherwell's free weekend by heading to France in search of new talent.  He said:
"Every manager is always looking at ways to improve his squad.  We know we could still be doing with one or two players for various roles.  It's not very often we get the chance to see players first hand."

Meanwhile, Eric says that he's "flattered" to hear his name being linked with the Scotland No. 2 job.  However, Celtic youth coach Tommy Burns is apparently favourite for the position.

Matt Johnstone, editor of the One Step Beyond fanzine and 'Well fan extraordinaire, is organising a night out in Jack Daniels on Saturday, April 20 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the 1952 cup win and the 50th issue of his mag.  Or at least that's what he says, it sounds to me like any old excuse for a p*ss up!  Tickets costing £2.50 are available from Matt, and availability is limited to 150.

Sorry for the lack of updates recently.  This has been due to some technical problems which will hopefully be resolved by the middle of next week.

Time for a new Fans' Poll....

Derek Adams has decided to stay at Fir Park.  Are you pleased with his decision?
