Marc Fitzpatrick has been named in the Scotland Under-19 squad for a mini tournament in Northern Ireland next week.

Reports suggest that Motherwell have been hit by a flu bug, with a number of first team players being sent home to rest after being struck down following the Hibs game.  Maurice Malpas is quoted as saying:
"We have got a couple of the boys struggling with flu.  It's a concern for us because of the size of the squad, but we are hoping they will recover in time."

Already missing for the Hearts game is Phil O'Donnell, who has an Achilles injury.

The reserves won 1-0 at Dens Park yesterday, with David Clarkson on target for the Steelmen.  Team:
Corr, Kane, Quinn, Connolly, Kinniburgh, Higgins, Keogh, Wright (Coakley 78), Clarkson, Grant, Foran.
Subs not used: Ewings, B Donnelly, Russell, Maguire.

Our game at Inverness next month has had to be rescheduled due to our involvement in the League Cup Final :)  It will now go ahead on Tuesday, April 12 with a 7.45pm kick off.

You'll probably have seen this already, but I thought it would be worth sticking on the site.  Here goes...

Go onto this link and vote for the name of the new Wembley pedestrian bridge to be named 'Jim Baxter Bridge' and explain the reason as it is the best piece of showboating you have ever seen at the old Wembley (keepie uppies against  England in 1967).
