| Today's Sun reports that Motherwell have lost out on David Rowson. The former Aberdeen player signed for Stoke City last night. |
Radio Clyde reports that we have completed the signing of Steve Hislop from East Stirling. The 22-year-old striker spent a week on trial at Fir Park towards the end of last season and obviously impressed the management team. Hislop, the Third Division Player of the Year, netted over 20 goals for East Stirling last season and prior to that, he bagged 46 goals for East of Scotland league side Easthouses in season 1999/2000.
