The Official Site reports that we've made our second signing of the close season - Scotland Under-21 International Brian Kerr. A local lad, Kerr was with Newcastle United but had difficulty breaking through into their first team, and had loan spells with both Livingston and Coventry last season. The midfielder has signed a one-year contract.
Meanwhile, the BBC reported yesterday that we are close to signing Dundee Utd midfielder Jim Paterson.
Our first game of the new season, against Celtic at Parkhead, has been moved back 24 hours to Sunday, August 8 to accommodate live TV coverage by Senanta. Kick-off is at 2pm.
