Stuart Elliott has dismissed rumours linking him with a move to Kilmarnock.  He said:
"I'm a Motherwell player and I'm enjoying playing for them.  I heard Jim Jefferies saying if he had £300,000 to spend, then he'd buy three players - so I don't know much about it.  Until such times as the directors or manager come and tell me there's another club interested, then I wont listen to rumours because I've seen it all before.  It's a bizarre situation the club and myself are in at the moment, but I'm looking forward to three weeks' holiday in Belfast before I come back and get at it again with Motherwell."

Here's an interesting one.  The ever reliable onefootball.com are reporting that Motherwell will sign Nigerian defender Justice Christopher after the World Cup.  The 20-year-old , who can also play in midfield, captained Nigeria at youth level and was also attracting the interest of Manchester City!  He was on the fringes of the Nigerian squad during World Cup qualifying, but apparently booked his place for Japan and South Korea after an impressive display against Scotland at Pittodrie last month.

Is there any truth in this?  Unlikely, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see...
