GET TO FIR PARK FOR THE CHIEVO GAME TOMORROW NIGHT (K.O. 7.45pm)!

YOU KNOW IT MAKES SENSE!

Terry Butcher today urged fans to turn up in numbers for the Chievo game:
"I hope the fans turn out because it is the first big step since last week and it is the first step on the road to recovery as far as we are concerned. It's good quality opposition, and I can't remember the last time there was any kind of European match at Fir Park.

"It's good for players to play against good quality opposition, and the players are really up for it.  They are looking forward to getting out in front of the supporters as well, and every game we play in at the moment seems to be exciting. We will certainly go out there to try and compete with them, and it is a good chance for me to have a look at some of the young players."

Chievo, a provincial club who were only promoted to Serie A at the start of this season, will play in the UEFA Cup next season and finished just one point off the Champions League places.
