The BBC are reporting that the SFA have agreed to hear Falkirk's appeal against the decision by the SPL chairmen to deny them entry into the top flight. The SPL will now have to explain the reasons behind their judgement.
Reports suggest that we are interested in signing Newcastle midfielder Jamie McClen. The 24-year-old, who signed a new contract with the Magpies last summer, spent a loan period at Fir Park a few years ago, and quite frankly was far from impressive.
10.40am Worrying news from today's Daily Record. Apparently we've approached Partick Thistle's out-of-contract defender Stephen Craigan in a bid to bring him back to Fir Park! The 26-year-old has been offered a new deal by the Jags, but is currently considering his options.
Our third pre-season friendly has just been confirmed. We will play Hamilton Accies at New Douglas Park on Saturday, July 19, kick-off 3pm. As announced previously, we play Ayr on Saturday 26th and Carlisle on Tuesday 29th, both away from home.
