Just back from a leaving do in Cumbernauld, and I'd just like to take this opportunity
to wish my mate Geraldine and ger boyfriend Paul all the best when they fly out to start
their new life in New Zealand next week! Take care folks.

We beat Dunferline 1-0 this afternoon in a poor game at Fir Park. We welcomed Scott Leitch
and Keith Lasley back to the starting line-up, and began the match in a very attacking 4-3-3
formation with Derek Adams partnering David Kelly and Stuart Elliott upfront. We started the
match brightly and Elliott hit the post after a surging run forward. The only goal of the
game came after 15 mins when an inswinging cross from Derek Adams was headed into the net by
Greg Strong. Sadly, this was the best piece of action in the whole match as Dunfermline
began to come more and more into the game, without ever putting us under any real pressure.
This pattern continued into the second half, but as the game wore on our defending became
increasingly desperate. However, we hung on for a narrow win which moves us up two places
in the league table.
