A couple more snippets of post-match reaction to out 1-0 win at Dundee on Saturday.  Firstly, 'Well boss Terry Butcher dedicated the away successes this season to the Motherwell fans:
"That's four away wins and four clean sheets - we just can't seem to stop winning just now, it feels as though something's wrong.  The fans went through the mill last year because we produced some diabolical performances, especially away from home.  It was good to get a win for them, especially after the support they've given us since I came to the club.  Hopefully they see the progress we're making and are enjoying this season a bit more than last.

"This team has played together for seven games on the trot and you can see that. This team has a good shape and works hard for each other. We can't stop winning and it's a lovely feeling.   We have had one defeat in nine games and that was to Celtic away. I think we have turned a corner since last season. We are looking forward to three games in a week when we come back."

Meanwhile, Stephen Craigan has dismissed talk of Motherwell winning a UEFA Cup place at the end of the season:
"We're going through a little purple patch of eight or nine games. I think we have to enjoy it, as it could end any minute now.   But I think if we start thinking about going to Europe then it will all go wrong. If we are going to Europe at the end of the season it is to Magaluf with all the boys.   We have just got to go about our work quietly, pass the ball when we need to and work hard. But we have no hope of getting into Europe.   Our main aim at the start of this season was to stay up and if we can make the top eight or nine we'll be doing well."

It seems there was an incident involving Motherwell casuals in Dundee city centre on Saturday afternoon.  Details are available from the scotsman.com website.
