Ricky's report of the Livingston fiasco is now available.  Not for the faint-hearted.

Despite yesterday's scoreline, Terry Butcher insisted his side had been far from outclassed:
"I don't think we played badly - not at all.  We played well at stages and created chances and, again, we've just not put the ball in the back of the net.  They were wonderful goals and they gave us a lesson in finishing. We didn't play badly and we kept going even at 3-0.  We then went to four upfront and two in midfield like Jimmy Calderwood does at Dunfermline sometimes and went for it.  We lost a bit of concentration and got caught with four or five players going forward.  I don't think they had a corner for ages which gives you an indication of the game.  We were more than equal to them in the first half and going in 1-0 down at the break was a travesty but it's not all doom and gloom."
