It's been confirmed that Alex Burns will be out for five or
six weeks after fracturing the third metatarsal of his right foot.

The Motherwell Times reports that the club owed just
over £8million when we went into administration, of which £6m was owed to
John Boyle. This contradicts the figure of £10m that was being banded
about in the press last week.

Motherwell have to date received only half of the transfer
fee for James McFadden from Everton.

the full 90 mins of Everton's 3-0 League Cup win over Stockport last night,

Everton site he made a very impressive full debut.

Revenue are first in the queue. The players made redundant will be
treated simply as "ordinary creditors".

'Well youngsters Mark Quinn and Phil Reid have been called
up to the Scotland Under-17 squad for the UEFA Championship qualifiers in
Hungary next week. Meanwhile, Mark Quinn and James Reilly represented
Scotland at a recent tournament in Denmark.
