There was an article in yesterday's Sun on Kevin McBride, in which the on-loan midfielder stated he would be willing to sign for Motherwell on a permanent basis, and hopes that something can be sorted out in January via an extension or a Bosman. Kev also revealed that several clubs down south are showing an interest in him, now that he is playing regular first team football.
Details of Richie Foran's retrial are available here. The 'Well striker pleaded guilty to the assault charge relating to an incident which took place when Foran was a Carlisle player, and will pay £529 compensation and carry out 150 hours of community service.
