Following  the uproar caused by John Boyle's attempt to move season ticket holders for the Celtic game, all season books sold for the Davie Cooper Stand next season will contain a clause which permits the club to relocate fans for games involving the Old Firm. (08.05.05)

Motherwell are currently in talks with Kilmarnock defender Freddie Dindeleux.  The move for the Frenchman has been prompted by Sheffield Wednesday's interest in David Partridge, who Motherwell rate at around £300,000 (19/04/05)

Rangers DID bring black arms bands to wear on Sunday, buy were advised by Chief of Police not to wear them incase it incited any crowd trouble. One of the
main reasons was the fact that the Main Stand is not segregated and it would have been impossible to police that area of the ground. A minute silence was also ruled out for obvious reasons. (08/04/05)

The club had a major problem with the undersoil heating, and a plumber had to nurse the system all night to make sure the game the next day could go ahead. Also, a newly appointment manager/board member (unsure of the name) was told by Transco not to touch the mains gas supply, however as this guy thought he knew best he did touch it. As a result it damaged a large number of gas appliances around Fir Park and MFC had to the pay a large fee in compensation.

 If it doesn't happen for James McFadden in the first 6 months of the season with Everton then he's coming back to Scotland.  However, before we get too excited, the only club he'd come back to apparently would be Celtic.  David Moyes, the Everton Chairman and the Finance Director aren't talking it seems.  Also, Faddy stands to collect £120,000 if he starts 18 games or more this season.  Motherwell beat Kilmarnock 2-1 in a closed-door bounce game at Dalziel Park on Monday, however the main talking point is that Richie Foran was very fortunate not to be sent off after squaring up to a Killie player and raising his arms to shove the player in the chest. Foran was immediately summoned to the sidelines by TB and MM, and after a severe talking to was allowed to rejoin the match.
Also, the strip worn by the players at Stirling on Saturday was NOT identical to the official away strip for 2004/05. Apparently the sponsor's logo and claret & amber bands differed somewhat to the official kit. (21.07.04)
