8.30pm Motherwell and Celtic STILL haven’t reached an agreement over the transfer of Stephen Pearson to Parkhead. Terry Butcher was quoted earlier today as saying: “At the moment taking players on loan is not the condition or an issue in a deal. At the moment it all comes down to money and in the meantime Stephen is going nowhere.” A report this evening suggests that the only remaining stumbling block is an agreement on a sell-on clause. Meanwhile, speculation continues to grow that we are interested in signing frozen out Dundee Utd defender Gary Bollan.
